Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary during new drops, restocks, holidays, or high-volume sales.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3-4  business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Baddie Empire is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced. If you contact us 24 hours after ordering we can try to edit address on our end.
